What you need

  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint essence
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 60g dark chocolate, melted
  • 35g peppermint crisp bar, roughly chopped

How to make it

  1. BEAT together the PHILADELPHIA, sugar and essence using an electric mixer until smooth. Add the cream and beat until well combined.
  2. POUR the melted chocolate over the PHILADELPHIA mixture and lightly fold through to create a swirl. Spoon mixture into 4 serving glasses and refrigerate for 1hour.
  3. SERVE topped with peppermint crisp.
