What you need

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, chilled and cut into pieces
  • 125g unsalted butter, chilled and cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup icing sugar

How to make it

  1. COMBINE flour, PHILLY, butter and sugar in a food processor until the mixture forms a ball. Roll out pastry between baking paper to 3mm thick. Refrigerate for one hour or until firm.
  2. CUT into angel shapes and place on a greased baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 160°C or until light brown. Cool.
  3. MIX icing sugar with water until icing is formed. Add food colouring, if desired, pipe over biscuits. Serve when icing is hard.
