What you need

  • 2 cups wholemeal SR flour
  • 1 cup natural muesli, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup dried apple, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds
  • 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese

How to make it

  1. COMBINE the flour, muesli, apple, baking powder and mixed spice in a large bowl. Whisk together the apple juice, oil and eggs. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  2. SPOON into 12 x 1/2 cup capacity muffins pans. Press flaked almonds into the top of each muffin. Bake at 200ÂșC for 15 minutes.
  3. ALLOW to cool, halve and spread with PHILLY.
