Asian Style Crab and Avocado Dip

What you need

  • 2 avocados, peeled and chopped
  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • juice of 2 limes, (approx 1/4 cup)
  • 185g can crabmeat, drained
  • 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • CAPTAIN'S TABLE Water Crackers, to serve
  • vegetable sticks, to serve

How to make it

  1. PLACE the avocado, PHILLY and lime juice in a processor and process until smooth.
  2. STIR in the crab, sweet chilli sauce and coriander, chill.
  3. SERVE with water crackers and crisp vegetable sticks.
