What you need

  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup corn kernels, fresh or canned
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 green capsicum, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 375g packet filo pastry
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, optional

How to make it

  1. BEAT PHILLY until smooth. Stir through remaining ingredients except filo pastry.
  2. LAYER four pastry sheets, spraying in between the layers with cooking spray. Cut pastry into four lengthwise. Spoon 1 tablespoon onto each end and up on the diagonal to enclose the filling and form a triangle.
  3. SPRAY with cooking spray and sprinkle with poppyseeds. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
