Bacon and Roast Tomato Bagel

What you need

  • 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 bagels, split and toasted
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 60g spinach leaves
  • 8 lean bacon rashers, halved and grilled until crisp

How to make it

  1. PLACE tomatoes into a baking dish with the cut side up. Drizzle with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 12-15 minutes or until roasted.
  2. SPREAD the bagels evenly with the PHILLY, top with the spinach, bacon and roasted tomatoes. Serve immediately.
