What you need
1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
4 bagels, split and toasted
125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
60g spinach leaves
8 lean bacon rashers, halved and grilled until crisp
How to make it
PLACE tomatoes into a baking dish with the cut side up. Drizzle with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 12-15 minutes or until roasted.
SPREAD the bagels evenly with the PHILLY, top with the spinach, bacon and roasted tomatoes. Serve immediately.
