What you need

  • 350g pork mince
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 5 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 short bacon rashers
  • tomato chutney, to serve

How to make it

  1. COMBINE pork mince, PHILLY, spring onions, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper until mixed.
  2. PLACE two tablespoons of mixture in the centre of each bacon rasher. Roll and secure with toothpicks.
  3. BAKE for 10-15 minutes at 180°C or until filling is cooked through. Serve with tomato chutney.
