What you need
150g crushed chocolate biscuits
50g butter, melted
750g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (or roughly chopped chocolate)
150g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
1/4 cup milk
How to make it
COMBINE biscuit crumbs and butter then press into the base of a greased 20cm springform tin.
BEAT PHILLY, sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until smooth. Beat in the sour cream and flour until well combined. Stir in choc-chips.
POUR mixture into prepared base and bake at 160°C for 50 minutes. Allow to cool in the oven with the door ajar. Gently heat together the chocolate and milk to form a sauce; chill. Serve cheesecake chilled or at room temperature, drizzled with chocolate sauce.
