What you need

  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons seeded mustard
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 large baguette, cut into 4 pieces and split
  • 60-80g lettuce mix
  • 2 scotch fillet steaks, char grilled or barbecued, sliced
  • 1 carrot, finely sliced
  • 1 tomato, finely sliced
  • sliced pickles, optional

How to make it

  1. COMBINE PHILLY with dill, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. SPREAD the baguette with the PHILLY mixture, top with greens, hot beef, carrot and tomato and pickle.
