What you need

  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 x 55g egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh berries (eg blackberries, strawberries, raspberries)

How to make it

  1. BEAT PHILLY until smooth. Beat in the sugar, milk and vanilla essence. Fold in egg whites.
  2. POUR mixture into a 5-6 cup Kugelhopf mould, freeze for 1 hour.
  3. SPRINKLE berries over mixture and gently press in. Cover and return to freezer until firm. Cut into wedges to serve.
