What you need
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup apple juice
2 Sundowner or Pink Lady apples, grated
220g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Extra Light Cream Cheese
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup hazelnuts, roasted, skins rubbed off and roughly chopped
2 cups berries e.g. blueberries and chopped strawberries
How to make it
COMBINE the oats, juice and grated apple and refrigerate overnight.
STIR together the PHILLY, honey, cinnamon and hazelnuts.
LAYER the oats, PHILLY mixture and berries into serving glasses, finishing with a layer of PHILLY and berries. Serve immediately.
