What you need

  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 125g white chocolate, melted
  • 2 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
  • 300g berries (fresh, or frozen and defrosted)

How to make it

  1. BEAT PHILLY until smooth. Beat in melted chocolate until combined.
  2. FOLD beaten egg white into PHILLY mixture, and spoon into small glasses, alternating layers with the berries.
  3. CHILL for 30 minutes, and serve.
