What you need

  • 1 1/4 cups crushed biscuits
  • 80g melted butter
  • 300g frozen blackberries
  • 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • grated rind of 1 small lemon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

How to make it

  1. COMBINE the crumbs and butter and press evenly into a greased and lined 26 x 16cm slab tin. Chill until firm.
  2. SCATTER the berries over the prepared base. Whisk together PHILLY and sugar, then add the eggs, sour cream, rind and vanilla and combine thoroughly. Pour over the berries and sprinkle with the brown sugar.
  3. BAKE in a moderate oven 180°C for 30-40 minutes or until the filling is set. Serve warm or chilled.
