Blue Cheese and Caramelised Onion Dip

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 220g tub PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 50g blue cheese, crumbled
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lavosh bread or crackers to serve
  • Italian parsley leaves for garnish

How to make it

  1. MELT butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Add onions and cook until onions soften and turn a light brown colour.
  2. COMBINE PHILLY, blue cheese and seasonings until smooth. Spoon into a serving bowl and top with caramelised onion to serve, or alternatively serve dip on lavosh bread or crackers and top with some caramelised onion and parsley leaves.
