Brandy Snaps with Brandy PHILADELPHIA Cream

What you need

  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup double thickened cream
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons brandy
  • 8 brandy snaps
  • 200g fresh berries or cherries, to serve
  • icing sugar, to dust

How to make it

  1. BEAT PHILLY, cream, icing sugar and brandy until smooth. Chill, covered, 15 minutes, or until needed.
  2. SPOON the PHILLY mixture into a piping bag or snap-lock bag (with corner cut to pipe through). Pipe the PHILLY mixture into the brandy snaps.
  3. SERVE brandy snaps with fresh cherries or berries and dust with icing sugar.
