What you need

  • 425g can sliced peaches, drained and juice reserved
  • 1/4 cup vanilla sugar
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, cut into four squares
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese

How to make it

  1. STIR reserved juice and sugar over low heat until dissolved, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until reduced by half.
  2. PLACE pastry onto a lined baking tray. Spread PHILLY over pastry and top with peach slices.
  3. BRUSH with some glaze and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. BRUSH with remaining glaze. Serve warm or cold.
