What you need

  • 125g CAPTAIN'S TABLE Water Crackers
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons small capers

How to make it

  1. SPREAD water crackers with PHILLY.
  2. ROLL the salmon into roses and place on PHILLY.
  3. TOP with a slice of red onion and a scattering of capers.
