What you need

  • 1 cup sweet biscuit crumbs
  • 1/3 tablespoon butter melted
  • 400g can condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 500g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

How to make it

  1. COMBINE biscuit crumbs and butter. Press into a base of a 20cm spring form pan. Chill.
  2. HEAT condensed milk, golden syrup and butter in a saucepan until combined. Boil for 10 minutes stirring continuously.
  3. BEAT PHILLY until soft, stir in gelatine mixture and caramel mixture. Pour into prepared crumb base. Chill for 2-3 hours. Decorate with lollies.
