Caramelised Onion and PHILADELPHIA

What you need

  • 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped thyme
  • rind and juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 x 20 cm pizza bases
  • 3 red onions, finely sliced
  • 2 parsnips, peeled into long ribbons
  • 1/4 cup (50g) kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed

How to make it

  1. COMBINE PHILLY , thyme, lemon juice, rind, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. SPREAD 2/3 of the mixture onto the pizza bases. Top with onion, parsnip, and olives. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with remaining 1/3 of the mixture.
  3. BAKE at 200°C for 20 minutes or until pizza is crisp and topping is golden. Slice and serve hot.
