What you need
24 oysters on the shell
Rock salt
125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
1 cup grated tasty cheese
2 tablespoons snipped chives
2 eggs, separated
How to make it
PLACE the oysters on baking trays lined with rock salt.
COMBINE the PHILLY with the cheese, chives and yolks. Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form then gently fold through PHILLY mixture.
TOP each oyster with a spoonful of PHILLY mixture and bake in a hot oven 200°C for 5-10 minutes until golden and puffed. Place on a serving platter lined with rock salt. Serve immediately.
