What you need

  • 300g pitted cherries, fresh or frozen
  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • icing sugar, for dusting
  • cream or custard, for serving

How to make it

  1. SCATTER the cherries over the base of a greased 20 cm pie plate.
  2. COMBINE the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and combined. 
  3. POUR over the cherries and bake in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 35 minutes or until set and golden. Dust with icing sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature with cream or custard.
