What you need
300g pitted cherries, fresh or frozen
250g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Light Cream Cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
½ cup caster sugar
6 eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
icing sugar, for dusting
cream or custard, for serving
How to make it
SCATTER the cherries over the base of a greased 20 cm pie plate.
COMBINE the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and combined.
POUR over the cherries and bake in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 35 minutes or until set and golden. Dust with icing sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature with cream or custard.
