Chicken and Blue Cheese Ravioli with Walnut Sauce

What you need

  • 400g minced chicken
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 50g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 100g baby spinach leaves, wilted, roughly chopped
  • 60 wonton wrappers
  • 100g butter
  • 100g chopped walnuts, toasted

How to make it

  1. COMBINE chicken, PHILLY, blue cheese and spinach. Place tablespoons of mixture on a wonton skin. Brush with water and top with another skin, pressing the seal firmly.
  2. COOK wonton in a large pot of rapidly boiling water for 6-8 minutes, drain. 
  3. MELT butter in a small saucepan and add walnuts to warm through to make walnut sauce.
  4. SERVE wonton with sauce.
