What you need

  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup thickened cream
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee, dissolved in 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons Tia Maria liqueur
  • 12 NABISCO Chips Ahoy! Cookies
  • chocolate shavings, to garnish

How to make it

  1. BEAT the PHILLY with the cream and caster sugar until smooth. Combine coffee mixture with the liqueur.
  2. SPOON 1 tablespoon of the PHILLY mixture into the bottom of four 1 cup glasses (the glass should be as wide as the cookies). Dip four cookies into the coffee mixture and place 1 in each glass. Repeat with 2 more layers. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
  3. SERVE sprinkled with chocolate shavings.
