What you need

  • 260g packet almond finger biscuits
  • 375g dried figs, stems discarded
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200g dark chocolate, melted
  • 200g white chocolate, melted

How to make it

  1. PLACE biscuits in a food processor and process into crumbs. Remove.
  2. PROCESS figs, PHILLY, honey and cinnamon until roughly blended. Return crumbs and pulse until combined.
  3. ROLL 2 teaspoonsful of mixture into a ball. Repeat to make 36. Chill until firm.
  4. ROLL half the truffles in dark chocolate and half in white chocolate. Allow to set on paper lined trays. Chill until firm. Serve as required.
