What you need

  • 1 1/2 cups orange cream biscuit crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 x 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 3/4 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 oranges, grated rind
  • 2 tablespoons gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier (optional)
  • 4 x 55g eggs whites (stiffly beaten)
  • 300g dark cooking chocolate, melted
  • fresh fruit
  • chocolate wafer sticks
  • icing sugar

How to make it

  1. COMBINE biscuit crumbs and butter. Press into the base of a 24cm spring form pan; chill.
  2. BEAT PHILLY until smooth, add sugar, natural yoghurt, orange rind, gelatine mixture and Grand Marnier.
  3. FOLD through egg whites and chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared crumb crust; chill until firm.
  4. TOP cake with fresh fruit and chocolate wafer sticks. Dust with icing sugar.
