What you need
3/4 cup sweet biscuit crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 x 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 x 55g eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons cornflour
fresh citrus fruit
icing sugar
How to make it
COMBINE biscuit crumbs and butter. Press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan; chill.
BEAT PHILLY until smooth. Add sugar, lemon juice, eggs and cornflour, and beat well.
POUR into prepared crumb crust and bake in oven at 140
°
C for 60 minutes. Allow to cool in oven. Chill 2 hours.
DECORATE with fresh citrus fruits, dust with icing sugar.
