What you need

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 100g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon gelatine, dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • mixed berries, to serve

How to make it

  1. PLACE milk, sugar and coffee in a small microwave-safe jug. Heat on HIGH for 40-50 seconds until sugar and coffee are dissolved. Gradually whisk milk mixture into the PHILLY until smooth. Stir in the gelatine mixture.
  2. POUR mixture into 2 x 125ml timbale moulds and cover with cling wrap. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  3. TO SERVE, loosen with a knife, or dip the moulds in boiling water for a couple of seconds, then turn out onto a serving plate. Serve with mixed berries.
