What you need

  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 200g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • raspberry jam

How to make it

  1. SIFT together flour, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon, add sugar.
  2. COMBINE milk, butter and egg. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  3. SPOON mixture into muffin pans. Place 2 teaspoons of PHILLY and 1/2 teaspoon of jam on top of each muffin. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
