What you need
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup plain flour
2 eggs beaten
1 cup caster sugar
125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup caster sugar
1 cup strawberry puree
1/4 cup Cointreau (optional)
2 tablespoons icing sugar, to taste
How to make it
BLEND all crepe ingredients.
COOK 3 tablespoons mixture in a little butter in frying pan, to make each crepe. Repeat to make 6 crepes.
BEAT PHILLY until soft, beat in sour cream and caster sugar, use to fill crepes, roll up, keep warm.
COMBINE strawberry puree, Cointreau and sugar in a small saucepan, heat gently until sugar is dissolved. Pour over warm crepes, and serve immediately.
