What you need

  • 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 12 can 99% fat free almond or apricot bread
  • 425g can apricot halves
  • 170g can passionfruit pulp, or 4 passionfruit
  • icing sugar for dusting

How to make it

  1. COMBINE together in a bowl the PHILLY and honey.
  2. SPREAD a small amount of cream onto the almond bread. Top with fruit and continue to make a three-slice stack.
  3. PLACE a stack onto each service plate. Drizzle the plate with passionfruit pulp and decorate with any remaining fruit. Serve immediately.
