What you need
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
400g pork steaks, cut into strips
1 large onion, sliced
300g cup mushrooms, thickly sliced
1 red pepper cut into strips
250ml PHILADELPHIA Tomato & Italian Herbs Cream For Pasta
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
250- 300g fettucine pasta, cooked and drained
Chopped flat leaf parsley, for serving
How to make it
HEAT a little oil in a medium non-stick frying pan and cook the pork for 5-8 minutes or until golden. Remove and keep warm. Add a little extra oil and saute the onion, mushrooms and capsicum for 3-4 minutes
STIR in the PHILLY and pork. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to simmer gently for 5 minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened and pork is heated through.
PLACE the pasta into serving bowls then spoon over the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately
