Creamy Mushroom Pasta with Pork

What you need

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 400g pork steaks, cut into strips
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 300g cup mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 1 red pepper cut into strips
  • 250ml PHILADELPHIA Tomato & Italian Herbs Cream For Pasta
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 250- 300g fettucine pasta, cooked and drained
  • Chopped flat leaf parsley, for serving

How to make it

  1. HEAT a little oil in a medium non-stick frying pan and cook the pork for 5-8 minutes or until golden. Remove and keep warm. Add a little extra oil and saute the onion, mushrooms and capsicum for 3-4 minutes
  2. STIR in the PHILLY and pork. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to simmer gently for 5 minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened and pork is heated through.
  3. PLACE the pasta into serving bowls then spoon over the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately
