What you need

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250g Portobello mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 50g baby spinach leaves
  • 200g smoked chicken breast, finely sliced
  • 250ml PHILADELPHIA Cream For Cooking
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 400g fresh fettuccine, cooked and kept warm

How to make it

  1. HEAT the oil in a frypan and saute the mushrooms and garlic for 4-5 minutes until softened.
  2. STIR in the spinach, chicken, PHILLY and pepper and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  3. TOSS through the pasta and simmer until well heated. Serve immediately.
