What you need
2 tablespoons oil
250g Portobello mushrooms, thickly sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
50g baby spinach leaves
200g smoked chicken breast, finely sliced
250ml PHILADELPHIA Cream For Cooking
freshly ground black pepper
400g fresh fettuccine, cooked and kept warm
How to make it
HEAT the oil in a frypan and saute the mushrooms and garlic for 4-5 minutes until softened.
STIR in the spinach, chicken, PHILLY and pepper and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
TOSS through the pasta and simmer until well heated. Serve immediately.
