Creamy Scrambled Eggs on Muffins

What you need

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat milk
  • 30g block PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon snipped chives
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 English muffins, halved and toasted
  • Extra chives, to garnish

How to make it

  1. WHISK together the eggs and milk. Pour into a hot non-stick frying pan.
  2. COOK over a medium heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula until just set.
  3. FOLD PHILLY, chives and pepper through eggs. Serve on toasted muffins. Garnish with extra chives if desired.
