What you need

  • 8 thick slices white sourdough, or rye bread, toasted
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • lettuce leaves
  • 8 rashers shortcut bacon, cooked
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • balsamic glaze, for drizzling

How to make it

  1. SPREAD 4 slices of toast with PHILLY then top with lettuce, bacon and tomato.
  2. DRIZZLE with balsamic glaze and sandwich together.
  3. SERVE immediately.
