What you need
2 cups water
2 cups milk
1 3/4 cups quick-cooking oats
8 fresh dates, pitted and sliced
2 teaspoons sugar
100g PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Light Cream Cheese
Extra milk, to serve
Toasted nuts (pecans, pistachio, almonds), to serve
How to make it
PLACE water, milk, oats, dates and sugar into a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring often, until oats are cooked.
STIR in the PHILLY until smooth. Serve porridge with extra milk and topped with toasted nuts.
