Date and Strawberry Porridge

What you need

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 3/4 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 8 fresh dates, pitted and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 100g PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Light Cream Cheese
  • Extra milk, to serve
  • Toasted nuts (pecans, pistachio, almonds), to serve

How to make it

  1. PLACE water, milk, oats, dates and sugar into a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring often, until oats are cooked.
  2. STIR in the PHILLY until smooth. Serve porridge with extra milk and topped with toasted nuts.
