What you need

  • 1 purchased sponge cake
  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block¬†Cream Cheese, softened
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • Finely grated rind of 1/2 orange
  • chocolate sauce, for drizzling

How to make it

  1. SLICE sponge in half through the centre.
  2. BEAT the PHILLY, cream and sugar until smooth and thickened. Stir through the orange rind.
  3. ASSEMBLE the sponge with PHILLY cream spread in between the two halves and on the top. Drizzle liberally with chocolate sauce.
