What you need

  • 1 cup turkish apricots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Amaretto liqueur
  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100g TOBLERONE White Chocolate, melted
  • 100g flaked almonds, toasted

How to make it

  1. SOAK the apricots in the liqueur for 1 hour or until the alcohol is absorbed.
  2. COMBINE the PHILLY and TOBLERONE until smooth. Stir through apricots and any remaining alcohol. Chill mix for 1 hour.
  3. ROLL 2 teaspoons of mixture into balls and then roll the balls in the almonds to coat. Chill until serving.
