What you need

  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup bacon pieces, fried until crisp
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 round rolls
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 4 eggs, fried until crisp

How to make it

  1. COMBINE PHILLY, bacon, parsley, salt and pepper.
  2. TOAST rolls until golden brown. Spread bases with tomato paste and top with PHILLY mixture.
  3. TOP with fried eggs and replace lid. Serve immediately.
