Extra Light Swiss Roll and Cherry Trifles

What you need

  • 220g tub PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 200g tub yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • 250g jam rolletes, sliced
  • 2 x 425g cans stoneless black cherries in syrup, drained and syrup reserved
  • 1/4 cup shaved coconut, toasted

How to make it

  1. WHISK together the PHILLY, yoghurt, icing sugar and rind until smooth.
  2. DIVIDE half the jam rollettes amongst 6 serving glasses. Top with half the cherries and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of reserved syrup for each glass.
  3. SPOON over half the PHILLY mixture. Repeat with remaining jam rollettes, cherries, syrup and PHILLY mixture. Cover and refrigerate until required. Sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
