Fillet Steak topped with Basil Cream

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 x 150g beef eye fillet steaks
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Tomato & Basil, at room temperature
  • steamed vegetables, to serve

How to make it

  1. BRUSH the oil over the steaks, then cook in a large frying pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. TURN steaks over and place a dollop of PHILLY on top of each steak. Continue cooking until steak is done to your liking. Gently cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
  3. SERVE with steamed vegetables.
