What you need
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 x 150g beef eye fillet steaks
125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Tomato & Basil, at room temperature
steamed vegetables, to serve
How to make it
BRUSH the oil over the steaks, then cook in a large frying pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
TURN steaks over and place a dollop of PHILLY on top of each steak. Continue cooking until steak is done to your liking. Gently cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
SERVE with steamed vegetables.
