What you need

  • 1 large (750g) snapper or 8 whole garfish
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) sweet chilli sauce
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley or coriander
  • sweet chilli sauce, extra, for serving

How to make it

  1. CLEAN fish and pat dry with paper towel. Blend PHILLY, chilli sauce, spring onions and herbs until smooth. Spread over both sides of the fish.
  2. PLACE fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes for snapper or 10 minutes for the garfish or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. SERVE garnished with extra chilli sauce and spring onion.
