Fresh Figs with PHILADELPHIA, Marsala and Coconut

What you need

  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Light Cream CheeseĀ 
  • 4 large fresh figs, halvedĀ 
  • 1/4 cup marsala or liqueur
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

How to make it

  1. PREHEATgrill on high.
  2. WHISK PHILLY in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. PLACE the figs in a shallow heatproof baking dish, and spoon a little PHILLY onto each fig half. Drizzle over the marsala. Sprinkle coconut over the top.
  4. PUT figs under the grill, and cook for 5 minutes or until golden. Serve.
