What you need

  • 500g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cream, lightly whipped
  • 4 x 55g eggs, separated, whites whipped stiffly
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Raspberries or strawberries

How to make it

  1. BEAT PHILLY until smooth, beat in cream and egg yolks, fold in remaining ingredients.
  2. POUR mixture into a 23cm fluted ring tin and freeze until firm.
  3. INVERT onto serving dish and decorate with berries.
