What you need

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups prepared fruit mince

How to make it

  1. BLEND flour, PHILLY and butter in a food processor until pastry is smooth; chill for 1 hour.
  2. ROLL out pastry (0.5cm thick) into a rectangle. Spread fruit mince over pastry and roll up (Swiss Roll style), cut in 2.5cm slices.
  3. PLACE slices, cut side up onto a greased tray or ring pan.
  4. BAKE in oven at 200°C for 20-30 minutes. Dust with icing sugar to serve.
