What you need
1 cup milk
1 cup apple juice
100g PHILADELPHIA Strawberry Light Cream Cheese
3 cups good quality natural muesli with fruit and nuts
2 apples, grated
1 cup mixed berries
How to make it
WHISK together the milk, juice and PHILLY until smooth.
FOLD through the muesli and apple.
COVER and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Serve muesli topped with mixed berries.
