What you need
6 small skinless chicken breast fillets
125g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Chive & Onion Cream Cheese
6 large slices ham
1/2 cup flour
1 egg, mixed with
1 tablespoon milk
3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/4 cup oil
salad, to serve
How to make it
LAY the chicken breasts on a board, spread top side with PHILLY and cover with ham.
DIP the chicken in flour, then egg mixture. Coat chicken in breadcrumbs and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm the coating.
HEAT the oil in a large frying pan, add the chicken and fry gently until golden and chicken is cooked through. Serve with a salad.
