What you need

  • 6 small skinless chicken breast fillets
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable┬áChive & Onion Cream Cheese
  • 6 large slices ham
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg, mixed with
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • salad, to serve

How to make it

  1. LAY the chicken breasts on a board, spread top side with PHILLY and cover with ham.
  2. DIP the chicken in flour, then egg mixture. Coat chicken in breadcrumbs and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm the coating.
  3. HEAT the oil in a large frying pan, add the chicken and fry gently until golden and chicken is cooked through. Serve with a salad.
