Gourmet Snags with Chive and Onion Mash

What you need

  • 8 gourmet sausages
  • 600g Sebago potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Chive & Onion
  • 1/2 cup hot milk
  • salt and pepper
  • mixed green vegetables (beans, broccoli, peas)
  • tomato relish to serve

How to make it

  1. COOK sausages over a medium-low heat for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through (will depend upon thickness).
  2. PLACE  potatoes into a saucepan of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Mash together with PHILLY, milk and seasonings until smooth.
  3. PLACE  a spoonful of mash onto each plate with the sausages and vegetables. Serve with relish if desired.
