What you need

  • 1/4 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower kernels
  • 2 tablespoons natural almonds, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon sultanas
  • 1 tablespoon dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 peaches, stones removed, sliced

How to make it

  1. HEAT honey and oil in a small saucepan until warmed through and combined. Allow to cool slightly. Place remaining granola ingredients into a large bowl. Add honey mixture and stir until well combined.
  2. SPOON mixture onto a lined oven tray and bake at 140°C fan-forced for 25-30 minutes, until golden (will firm upon cooling). Break into chunks when cool.
  3. MIX together the PHILLY and honey until smooth.  Serve with granola and peach slices.
