What you need
1/4 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
2 tablespoons sunflower kernels
2 tablespoons natural almonds, chopped
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon sultanas
1 tablespoon dried apricots, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
1 tablespoon honey
2 peaches, stones removed, sliced
How to make it
HEAT honey and oil in a small saucepan until warmed through and combined. Allow to cool slightly. Place remaining granola ingredients into a large bowl. Add honey mixture and stir until well combined.
SPOON mixture onto a lined oven tray and bake at 140°C fan-forced for 25-30 minutes, until golden (will firm upon cooling). Break into chunks when cool.
MIX together the PHILLY and honey until smooth. Serve with granola and peach slices.
