Grilled Swordfish with Skordalia

What you need

  • 700g potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • Salt and white pepper, to taste
  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • Olive oil spray
  • Chargrilled vegetables, to serve

How to make it

  1. STEAM or boil the potatoes until tender. Drain well and mash with the PHILLY, lemon juice, oil and garlic until smooth. Stir through the breadcrumbs and seasonings. Cover and keep warm.
  2. SPRAY the fish with oil and season. Chargrill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until just cooked. Place the swordfish on serving plates and serve with the skordalia and chargrilled vegetables. Serve immediately.
