What you need

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/4 cup dried apricot halves, halved
  • 1/2 cup wholegrain rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese

How to make it

  1. POUR boiling water over apricots and allow to stand for 20 minutes until plump.
  2. COMBINE the oats and water in a microwave safe bowl, and cook on High power for 1 1/2 minutes, mix well, and cook a further 1-2 minutes.
  3. SPOON porridge between serving bowl, pour over milk, top with apricots and PHILLY.
